Do you sell gowns off the rack?
Short answer: No. Our collection consists of sample gowns only, and we order out for special sizes, colors, etc. However, we do have a wide selection of discounted sample gowns that can be purchased off the rack but sizes and colors are limited.

What sizes do you carry?
Our samples range from sizes 10 - 14, but don't let that scare you! Our stylists are well trained and armed with every kind of clip imaginable to perfectly tailor the sample gown to your size so that you get a clear idea of what each gown will look like when sized correctly. When ordering, size selections vary slightly by designer, but we can get gowns from size 00 to plus sizes.

How early should I order my bridal gown?
We suggest you order your gown 6-9 months before your wedding. Because bridal gowns are made to order, they can take 4-6 months to arrive in-store, and alterations can take another month (or more, depending on complexity). If you're in a hurry, some of our designers do offer rush production and shipping (for an additional fee), and we also have a wide selection of discounted sample gowns that can be purchased off the rack.

Do I have to have an appointment?
Yes, you must schedule an appointment before coming to try on dresses. We only take one bridal appointment at a time and this is to ensure that a member of our staff is available to help you find your dream dress and that we have enough seating and champagne on deck to accommodate you and your guests. We do accept walk-ins during open appointment slots, but if there is an appointment happening when you arrive or soon after your arrival, you may be asked to wait until the end of that appointment. If you are interested in stopping by to browse without an appointment, we recommend calling ahead of time.

How can I schedule an appointment?
To schedule an appointment for bridal, bridesmaids, tuxedos, or invitations, simply follow this link and fill out the appointment request form. As soon as we receive your request, we'll be in touch!

Who can I bring?
You are welcome to bring anyone you want to your appointment! We recommend no more than 3-4 people as our boutique is small and we want this to be a comfortable experience for you, and we know from years of experience that more people = more opinions and that only makes it harder for you to make a decision! However, we can definitely accommodate larger groups with prior planning.

Is there anything I should bring?
Our only requirement is a smile! However, we do recommend bringing the proper undergarments (strapless bra, shapewear, etc.) if you plan to wear them day-of, heels if you have a certain height in mind for your wedding day, and any accessories you know you plan to wear. We also recommend coming with your hair and makeup done so that you can really envision how you'll look walking down the aisle in your gown!

How long is my appointment?
Each bridal appointment is an hour and a half. This should give you plenty of time to find your perfect gown and accessories to match!

How much do your gowns cost?
Our dresses range from $900 - $4,000, with the average price point being $1,500. Our discounted sample gowns start as low as $500.

Do I have to pay for my gown up front?
Yes. While we will accept multiple payments on a gown, we can not order any dresses, accessories, or invitation stock until we have received full payment.

What if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Do you provide alterations?
Yes, we do have a very talented seamstress on staff! All fittings and alterations are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY and alterations are not included in the cost of your gown.

What about gown preservation?
Yep, we offer that, too! We have many different preservation packages to choose from, including gown cleaning and personalized keepsake preservation chests. Call or visit us in-store to find out more.
